Who we are
Israel Local (israellocal.com) is a free information site published by Anywhere Reality Industries LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Consult With Ari) ("we", "us"). By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
A free site, with no professional relationship
The site is free to use. Using it, or contacting us through it, does not create any professional, advisory, agency or service relationship between you and Anywhere Reality Industries LLC. Nothing on the site is a promise to provide a service.
The information is general, and you should confirm it
The city information on the site (facts, scores, costs, commute times and city-finder results) is general information summarised from the public sources linked next to it, on the dates shown. Rents, prices, travel times and communities change, and mistakes happen. It is a starting point, not legal, tax, financial or real-estate advice. Confirm anything that matters with the source or a qualified professional before you decide where to live.
Shabbat times are calculated by Hebcal for each city centre and may differ slightly from your shul's schedule.
Scores and finder results are our own judgment
The scores, the comparison and the city finder's matches are our own simplified judgments based on those sources. They are not guarantees or recommendations, and a low score isn't a judgment of a city or the people who live there. Where we don't know something, the site marks it as unknown rather than guessing.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including the sources of its facts, each city's own Local site, and sites such as Olim Tools, English Speaking Israel and My Jewish. The city Local sites are also published by Anywhere Reality Industries LLC. We don't control the other sites and aren't responsible for third-party content.
Third-party names and trademarks
Names, logos and trademarks of the businesses, organisations, apps and services mentioned on the site belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those businesses and services; this doesn't mean they endorse the site or are connected with us.
Content removal and copyright
Photos on the site are openly licensed and credited to their authors on the photo and on the About page. Facts belong to their sources, which the city pages link to. If you believe any content or photo on the site infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us with the email or WhatsApp buttons below. Tell us the page and what the problem is, and we will act promptly, normally by correcting or removing the content.
Your use of the site
You're welcome to use the site for personal and community purposes and to share links to it. Please don't copy it wholesale, scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.
Liability
The site is provided as it is, without guarantees that it is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Anywhere Reality Industries LLC isn't liable for loss that comes from relying on it.
To the extent the law allows, the total liability of Anywhere Reality Industries LLC for any claim about the site is limited to US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
These terms may be shown in other languages for convenience. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
